Started in 2016, Sialkot Model Safe City is a modern, community-focused development in the Sialkot–Sambrial region, combining residential and commercial zones with complete infrastructure and planned community facilities.
Project Overview
Sialkot Model Safe City is a phased, master-planned community in a rapidly growing corridor, designed to provide organized housing, commercial opportunities and essential services in a secure, well-governed environment.
The project started with 27 acres (109,265 sq. m) and later grew to 80 acres (323,749 sq. m) in Phase 2. Now, we are preparing for a major Phase 3 expansion of 300+ acres (approximately 1,214,056+ sq. m) due to strong market demand and community growth. Out of this upcoming land, more than 100 acres (404,686 sq. m) have already been acquired, valued at 185 million Saudi Riyal. When fully acquired, the total value of the 300+ acres is expected to be around 550 to 600 million Saudi Riyal. This expansion shows how quickly the project is growing and how confidently it is moving toward the future.
